Biography

Dr. Keren Holmes is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with 17 years of experience practicing in both for-profit and nonprofit healthcare settings. She previously served as an Associate Professor at Vanderbilt University Medical Center before practicing private outpatient medicine. Dr. Holmes currently serves as Medical Director for Integrative Health at Mental Health Cooperative in Nashville, Tennessee, where she focuses on whole-person, evidence-based care for underserved populations. Dr. Holmes has been a member of the Eli Lilly Speaker Bureau since 2024 and has participated on Eli Lilly Advisory Boards since 2025. Her clinical interests include obesity medicine, diabetes, metabolic health, women’s health, and the integration of behavioral and primary care medicine.
